First Day

Lauren just said " there aren't even words to describe" but it certainly is not what either of us imagined. New Delhi is very beautiful and the people are incredibly kind. Our guide, Raj, brought us to old mosques, new mosques, tombs, and even found Lauren a snake charmer. We have seen a variety of buildings from government, consulate, middle class and slums - and we haven't even been to Old Delhi yet - that is tomorrow. We are trying to navigate the menus and aren't always sure what we order but the food has been delicious - well, Lauren isn't too sure about that but she did have a BLT last night and fresh croissants for breakfast which have kept her happy!

Tomorrow Old Delhi and right now off to bed - we haven't slept since we got here!
